Once opened, maple products should be refrigerated and consumed within 6 months. Unopened products can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Maple syrup can also be frozen for long-term storage without affecting quality.

Canada Grade A Golden has a delicate, light flavor - perfect for drizzling and desserts. Amber has a rich, full-bodied taste ideal for everyday use. Dark is robust with intense maple character, great for cooking and baking. Very Dark has the strongest flavor and is best for recipes where you want maple to shine through other ingredients.
