Founded in 1978 by Wayne Lytton, Maple Terroir is now led by his son Shawn as President. Our family's connection to the land runs deep - we source exclusively from a single-origin maple farm nestled in the Appalachian Mountains of Quebec.

Every bottle begins with a single tap, a copper spile, and a short window between the last frost and first bud. We boil, we filter, we bottle. Nothing is added. Nothing is rushed.
An Artistic Lineage
Founder Wayne Lytton's mother, Georgina Abrams Lytton, was a celebrated artist whose work resides in the National Gallery of Canada. That same eye for craft and beauty runs through everything we create.
